My favorite dish when i travel to Ecuador
Ecuador is my origin, both my parents are from the beautiful country. I was born in the USA but at 3 months of being born i was send to Ecuador and got raise by my grandma till i was 8. That's why im very connected to my culture and beliefs.
This is the city i was raised at, is full of resource but the once that this city is known for is there flower, it has the perfect weather for a flower to blossom with out needing a human to give it life. Every year this city has a carnaval, that displays the beautiful garden of flowers and fruits
In any part of Ecuador being the Cost, Mountains or the country side you will find amazing and delicious food.I would say churrasco is my favorite. I'm a meat lover and this plate has everything i love.
Banos is a town in a Ambato that is the most beautiful place you will ever visit. You can have a warm spring hot water bath, with an amazing view. You will forget everything and just relax and enjoy the moment.
